QUEEN'S HALL FROM 10th SEPTEMBER 2014 - ALL PRICES INCLUDE 20% VAT

NOTES

·        Weddings and special day long bookings at the daily rate of £780.00

·        £60 additional charge to decorate the hall the evening before booked function
£120 whole of previous day to decorate.

·        Hire of Main Hall or Council Chamber for the civil ceremony £240.00

·        £100 returnable deposit for breakages/damage for weddings and special day long bookings

·        Children’s parties at the flat rate of £60.00 (maximum 2.5 hrs hire including kitchen & 30 children max.)

·        Regular users, that is hirers making standing commitment, will be given a 10% discount on the above figures

·        All guests to be asked to leave by 11:45pm.  The hall MUST be vacated by midnight 

·        Performing Rights Society Fees - At cost £2 40per session
