The Venue
The Queen’s Hall was built in 1897 to celebrate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee. It is a handsome building which has long been the centre of community life and it has recently undergone considerable refurbishment to enhance and restore the original Victorian features whilst ensuring the facilities meet all modern requirements.
Whether you choose to hold a buffet or full sit-down meal, you are free to choose your own caterers, who will have full use of the excellent kitchen, your own florists and of course you can decorate the hall as you wish. A “blank canvas” for you to work on!
Our staff will be only too pleased to show you round and give you ideas of what can be done from our portfolio of previous weddings.
Our hire fee is inclusive for the day. There are no hidden extras.
